You want people to come downtown? Police the light rail so that people who ACTUALLY PAY TO RIDE IT, also feel safe riding it.

@jseth1981 Yes, I literally live across the street from it and take it almost daily. Something extremely interesting happens every time I'm on it, good, bad and ugly.
