Theres nothing wrong in having little bit of a fight in a rugby game. The only thing that was wrong here is when 2 of the spectators joined the fight thats where the problem was if it wasn't for that then it would of been just a yellow card for a couple of players.
You will never stop a fight in a rugby game because its to physical and its bound to happen on the games where the stakes are high
I think the only way to stop fighting in a game is to impose a life time band :)

Look, in the end I don't think it was the players that did anything truly horrible. A little bit of a punch up is nothing special at a rugby game. My problem is with those disgraceful idiots in the crowd joining in. That is just pathetic, grown men getting into a fight over a rugby game. I also heard from another source that what set all the players off was not a punch from one of the players, but a racial slur made by an Auckland Grammar old boy.
