I think you have stumbled on a great weight loss program. You can eat anything you want BUT you must use chopsticks. I'd shed 10 pounds a week if I could only fish out a half dozen noodles each meal.

its kinda illogic to hold the chopsticks below the middle. no wonder u cant grab anything. Hold it a quarter way down and use your first and secondfigher to move it.
