thanks mitch! hey, i am exporting out of iMovie in the HD format, but 2 mins is like 500 megs and takes forever to upload... do you use anything to compress the size? i have seen 'film redux' but i cant get it to work...?

How do you export in HD?

I just export in Quicktime, go advanced settings, choose my screen size and resolution then export.

Then I manually load it on you tube the old school way.

Please fill me in tho on the HD mode?

then how did you have your 2009 babies vid in HD? is that the only vid that does that is HD on youtube cuz you have to shoot in HD to show in HD, that is unless ur using a fancy shmancy SLR for still frames like you lol

you do not have to shoot in HD BTW.

I think it just means you tube hd just needs to be 720 x whatever. Imovie converts it from the small screen my bros point and shoot takes videos in
