This needs to officially happen in the next GTA. San Andreas rewarded you immensely for going out of your way, but GTA4 left me with a feeling that getting 100% wasn't worth it.

If you can steal an F1 car or an LMP1 during a mission and it spawns at a certain garage in the next game, I certainly will be a happy-chappy.
