well here's your problem, that's not a starbucks employee that's a safeway employee, catch the name on the reciept "PAVILIONS" which is a safeway store. Safeway treats it's employees' terribly so even if she was a good worker she's probably been beaten down so much by management that she hates her job now. I'm a Vons employee and I hate my job cause of my store manager, no matter how hard I work I'm treated terribly. If an employee is bad, 75% of the time it's the fault of management.
