I watched the interview with fox news. I am an American. My problem is that American arrogance is shown in this interview quite clearly. Mr. Hashimi is the Taliban envoy, he is telling them what Afghani's need from the world. Mr. Rubin agrees with some of what he has to say but purports to know the Afghan situation better than Mr. Hashimi.
