Poor guy. I had that with Prince of Persia Warrior Within for PC and PS2For pc it stucked before the griffin fight and it wouldn't do anything. But the worst was on PS2. I arrive in the final battle with Kailleena,I push her in the portal and when I go in the portal,nothing!!! Everyone said it happened to all of them and to start a new game but I didn't have the courage to do it...

Well I don't have this version but we have The Sands of time for the PS2 and that game is always getting different glitches. There was one that prevented us from finishing the game. What we do ((and I don't know if this is the same for your game or not but it works for us)) we just start a new game. We don't delete the game that we were working on. The new game doesn't have the glitch. I'm not sure why this works but it does.... Kinda weird but oh well. I hope you find something that works

There's a couple of things I could think of, delete the full game and download the trial version and see if the same things happens, if it works just unlock it from there. Also when you start up the game from the dashboard hold down the A button as soon as you see the Ubisoft logo or whatever other logo comes up first.

UPDATE: An employee of Gameloft just called me, he just asked me a few questions about my Xbox and the game and told me they are working on fixing the game, but they have not been able to reproduce the glitch in anyway yet. They will contact me by email as soon as they have news on the glitch/fix. He contacted me because he saw the video on the internet, not because anyone from Microsoft talked to Gameloft or Ubisoft.

No word from Microsoft yet.

Disconnect your hard drive d/l the game to a memory stick, start a new game... save, reattach hard drive.

Also try holding down the all 4 shoulder buttons when the while the game boots up....
