@nir1man it varies, but most use an API called DirectX, but they all use different languages, the only game I like that's made in java is minecraft

@EmoticonMayhem DirectX kinda sucks because it only works on Windows. Minecraft works on all systems because it uses Java and LWJGL, LWJGL is a OpenGL binding for Java.

@JScodeZ I find it wierd that minecraft is being ported to xbox and not ps3 consideing porting it to ps3 would be a lot easier as the xbox only uses direct x and the ps3 uses OpenGL, but I guess there's a bigger market in the xbox

@MrFuSh1mA Above the "public class Apple" at the beginning of the video you can see the "import java.util.Random" you should have that. If you dont, write it and it should work.. if you have the import I dont know what else it could be :P
