I tried to explain the motives of our movement to my sister and her husband. But they were like JW, close minded. The saying goes, "never argue with a fool, you can't tell the difference".

Amen to that. I was there and it was great to see people from all walks of life unite for a common sense cause.

i only saw 1 black dude...i was like the only young person there with a sign...loved it tho :)

The percentage of the population in this area that are African American are pretty low, and most young folks maybe don't care about what is going on much as you do. Also, it won't be you that will have to pay for our mistakes now it will be your kids and my grandkids. I don't know how young you are, but my 9 year old was there with me along with some of my friends and their younger kids.
