  • "I'm sure they'll get right back to you." hahaha

  • Why is Rogan being such an asshole to the guy? I don't get it.

  • @faismasterx rogan is an atheist. he may see the offer to be a "chaplain" as a way this guy to attempt to indoctrinate more people in to their religion/cult.

  • religion is for retard nonThinkers!!!!

  • Joe Rogan needs to flip burgers or get a REAL job.

  • @TheGrizzzle you are an idiot

  • @bigrawbio bottom line is he doesn't work for a living

  • Religion should be ridiculed. Great response, Joe.

  • I am a fan of Joe Rogan but how was that pastor being overzealous, he just asked a polite question and Joe ripped on him just because he is a Christian.

  • @Kevinasdfg because he was assuming the UFC needs a Chaplain, and the idea of having Chaplains in every institution-or any institution-is somewhat insulting to people who dislike organized religion. Besides, Joe didn't rip him that hard.

  • I love how Goldberg gets in there and tries to ease the tension and is essentially saying "Joe, you can't be mean to the fans," but Joe doesn't give a fuck b/c he believes that stupid people need to be told that they're stupid

  • What the hell did the guy even do to get treated like that by that piece of shit atheist asshole?

  • As an educated atheist and someone not very interested in UFC, I found this to be most pleasing. Even these beefed-up mixed martial artists realise the need to be secular in such a multicultural sport; it's almost on the same page as keeping religion and State seperate.

  • Overzealous pastor? Really, where? Looks like an overzealous Rogan goes atheist activist on the UFC's dime.

A surprising and disgusting array of insults and bigotry from Rogan to a fan who pays the UFC's bills. I'd love to see Joe tough guy say these same words to the many professing Christians in the UFC.

  • @disBeeLeaf What about the ones that aren't? Or the ones that are of a different religion, that is exactly why they don't need a chaplain. One religion tries to control all, so what better solution than to have none at all. Religion is a hindrance as well as most of their followers.

  • @disBeeLeaf not trying to hate but hes saying what hes thinkng how would those muslims feel the athiest? they dont want a chaplin...this is a world wide sport not everyone is christing

  • @ForsakenedPain

My point was, Rogan didn't need to insult the man for politely asking a question. I don't care if the fan was a Christian, Muslim or w/e. All he had to say is the UFC doesn't promote one specific worldview so it has no chaplain. Why be a bigot?

  • Get lost Goldberg...

  • every sport has one army, navy? lol i didn't know army and navy were sports...

  • @20MOJO20 what makes Christianity a hindrance?

  • A mega church? hahaha The WalMart of churches.

  • The tolerance path has been run ragged on these fools. Refreshing to see a well known figure openly mock and ridicule obvious hindrances to to the human species. Hope to see more follow suit.

  • You know, I normally like Joe Rogan, but he was a pretty big dickhead here. The guy was just asking a simple question and he already somewhat tried to degrade him in the beginning by saying, "get to the question bitch." You see, if that were me trying to ask Joe Rogan a question and he said that shit, I would just tell him to fuck off and leave because I dont care if hes famous or how much fucking money he has, that doesnt mean he can talk to people like that.

  • @King2123 Some Men are just Men. That guy was a bitch obviously, and he really should smoke some weed and look through a microscope instead of being a retarded ass chaplin.

  • @King2123 watch alot of Joe Rogan q and a's. Joe usually has to be a smartass to make himself feel better. He'll eventually get to the question but not after showing the other guy who's boss. It's basically his insecurities.

  • The pastor is an idiot!

  • joe rogan is pretty ignorant... wow.

  • dana's an athiest.

  • I like joe rogan I think he is funny, but I think he needs to look at the counter argument also. Like when he said he needs to look a microscope and stuff and look at space movies. Lol. Well he need to do some research of archeology on bible truth. Like proof of moses red sea, soddom and gomorah, joshuas alter and alot more. If u so sure that aliens are real research the counter argument. And if u believe matter+time= universe. Then printing press room +explosion in printer room = dictionary.

  • @superstankydanky808 There is no proof. There is just hope. And the universe is a bit more complicated than an explosion in a room.

  • @warpath2198 u jus proved the story of adam and eve

  • Rogan was unnecessarily rude. He was being a bitch.

  • UFC Chaplain? Oh my fucking god...really?!

  • the pastor said he would convert them.. cause his religion is the right one? cause religion in general should be forced upon people? what a bitch

  • @TheGodGhost he said he wouldnt convert them

  • @doubledutch6rudder Rogan: What about Muslims/Atheists? Gonna try to convert them? Pastor: That's good too. That's good too. I try to convert anyone.

  • @TheGodGhost i thought he said "im not trying to convert anyone"

  • @TheGodGhost Selling your idea is not "forcing" anything. If you are physical forced to do something then its "forcing".

  • god damn how the hell did joe's head get so big over the years, I just noticed it in this clip

  • @onokaoonokao roids buddy. j/k, he does have a huge head though.

  • @infinity730 The Bible is GOD's Word given to Man.Written by Man, inspired by God and the holy spirit.=D

  • @Born2EndLives Nope, when it was compiled and written, it was taken from oral traditions, from several sources, over the course of hundreds of years. None of it was written by the hands of the witnesses of the supposed events, which took place at least a century before the book was even put into writing.

If it was indeed inspired by the all knowing being of the universe it wouldn't contain anything that it does, I need not mention the parts which if taken literally, are wrong.

  • @Born2EndLives lol dude it was written in like 9th century or close enough to make no difference. Who's the douchebag who kept it for himself for 800 years and then wrote it down?

  • If money is the root of all evil why does the church need so much of it?

  • @SuperGibbz Be cause all Organized Religions are fueled by evil people.

  • @JPhatts People are naturally evil and good. Pointless comment.

  • @SuperGibbz that is a really good question, and a common one, but also a misconception. If you looks in the Bible it says the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. Money isn't evil, it's based on how you use it.

  • @SuperGibbz to pay the churches bills, electricity isnt free

  • @superdupersprocker I'm pretty sure the Catholic Church has enough money to pay their electricity bill until there's no more electricity.

  • @SuperGibbz Its just the tool of evil, desire is the root of all evil. Man is naturally corrupt and compassionate so he is going to engage in evil and good things covertly and overtly. Its common sense.

  • @SuperGibbz you are misquoting it....and so are 12 others..... that's why :)

money is NOT the root of all evil, it's the love of money....the root is a verb, not a noun.

    It's in 1st Timothy.

  • @SuperGibbz because it's that evil

  • @SuperGibbz LMAO

  • @SuperGibbz Shit man, that quotation is so often misquoted its "the LOVE of money is the root of all evil"

  • @SuperGibbz

    charity and corruption

  • @SuperGibbz to help others who dont have it

  • lmfao, rogan is awsome

  • Smoke weed and look through a microscope...

Thats funny I'm doing that now. XD

  • Hahaha. Smoke some weed. Check out sub atomic particles he says. Joe your fucking epic

  • smoke weed and look under a microscope....watch space documentaries...LOLOLOL What Joe doesn't know will hurt him. Weed - God gave us the plants! not the chemicals and crap like in cigarettes..microscope, the Bible was describing sub atomic particles thousands of years before they were discovered..space docs, same thing, Bible said earth hovered in space long before any scientist could try to understand it, and that there are more stars then grains of sand! but really, UFC chaplin..CRAZY!!!

  • @alasjajo are you 13 years old

  • @tehoreoz i don't see what age has to do with anything

  • @alasjajo Don't take the Bible so literally you fool.

According to the Bible the Earth is only around 4000 years old. Oh and also if we see a neighbor working on a Sunday we must kill them.

  • @MrGundam420 ...the Bible does not date the earth as we know it...if it does please tell me the reference.

"Oh and also if we see a neighbor working on a Sunday we must kill them" - bet you didn't know this; that is the only commandment that Jesus does not speak of in the NT. That's the best way to point out a contradiction; examine something from one time and when the situation changes examine it again~ Well, if you read the Bible you would know that. Knowledge is power!! :)

  • @alasjajo Brainwashed tool

  • nice one Joe.

  • But Joe Rogan's still pretty cool. lol Just not very wise in his choice of words here.

  • ...it still wouldn't disprove a creator for it all. Just like the 95% of knowledge we don't have about the universe doesn't prove there is. If you think you'll find God in sub atomic particles, alternative states of consciousness, as an invisible man in the sky or in a book, you've missed the message, like, by a lot. A whole lot, not a half lot. A lot, with no holes. Multitudes of whole lots.

  • "smoke weed and look through a microscope and check out sub atomic particles"

lol What does that have to do with faith in a creator or any particular religion? Science is just the settings that bound the universe, a box that holds everything in the universe together in perfect symmetry. It doesn't mean there's nothing outside the box. A creator is not bound by or within that which he creates, logically; Science and faith are NOT in opposition. Even if we knew all the Science there is to know...

  • @JustinLB82 exactly! God is God; the point you may have missed was that the Bible, God's word, speaks of the bonds within an atom. Those are things not "discovered" for hundreds of years later. How did the writers of the Bible know such things? :)

  • @alasjajo That's literally insane. How's this for a contradiction: Genesis 1 is a fairly different account of creation from something later in the Bible, Genesis 2. Most Christian scholars would say that's because they were written by different authors. But, I thought the Bible was God's word, not the words of multiple authors. There's another contradiction.

Knowledge isn't simple, truth isn't simple

  • @thecrazing ...and that's your many years on earth and studying the bible telling me this right. Well my friend, good luck to you. :)

  • @alasjajo

I suppose you believe the world is flat? Do you also believe in witches, dragons, and vampires the bible talks about all those. ummm, you can't just throw out the OT. But, there's some logic I agree with, for example when the people(God's servants) went on crusades and went into towns and said follow our religion or die and the villagers refused they killed all the children because if there father's a sinner the children have to be sinner as well. I agree with that logic, wbu

  • @outy50000 what book are you reading? vampires..in the Bible???

And there is no mention of witches, only the practice of witchcraft, if you want to call ppl who prac. witchcraft witches that still does not prove any "magical" powers.

We are all sinners, yes...if a father sins his children are punished also, but not FOR his sin. Ex: if I'm violent, my kids see this. My sins will cause them punishment (not eternal) unless I repent of them and ask my kids for forgiveness.

oh, & dragons r in Job

  • @alasjajo As much as the smiley face and good wishes soften your sarcasm, I still can't help but note that you haven't -really- responded to the issue. The Bible literally opens with an inconsistency and self-contradiction. Genesis 1, Adam and Eve created together, on the sixth day, after all the plants and animals. Genesis 2, Adam comes first. Then the animals. Then Eve.

..How many years of Bible study is it supposed to take to realize that's inconsistent?

  • the reason u feel there is a contradiction is bcuz you're reading it in english (I assume)Gen 1 is talking about creation of the entire earth, Gen 2 talks about what occurs in the Garden of Eden, there are boundries listed for the events that take place and none in Gen 1. In Gen2 Adam is placed in Eden, the animals brought to him, and then Eve created from Adam.

Look up the Hebrew word "erets" if u want to disprove Genesis.

I'm not trying to change your mind, just share what I know. :)

  • @alasjajo Why does narrowing the scope to the Garden of Eden logically allow such drastic temporal shifts? Okay, Gen 2 is talking about a specific place. Why does the order of creation change?

  • @thecrazing ...you need to read it again, it does not change...

  • @alasjajo This is Genesis 1's account of the fifth day:

25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that [it was] good.

26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

  • @alasjajo This is Genesis 2's account. (The day it refers to is purposefully vague, but that doesn't matter for our purposes):

4 These [are] the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,

5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and [there was] not a man to till the ground.

    cont..

  • @alasjajo

7 And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul

18 And the LORD God said, [It is] not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him

19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought [them] unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that[was the name thereof.

  • @alasjajo See? In Genesis 1, God creates all the plants and animals and fish and fowl that leap and swim and everything else, and then creates man in his own image. In Genesis 2, God seems to be saying 'I can't make herbs and plants yet, because there's no one to farm. I'll make man first.' And then 'I made man, but he shouldn't be alone, I'll give him some furry friends. And he gets to name them.'

  • @alasjajo Also, in Genesis 1, God uses 'let us' and 'our image' and 'our likeness', and then in Genesis 2 he's more of a solo act, and says things like 'I will.' A smaller inconsistency, but jeez. These are the first few pages!

  • @thecrazing The interpretation of your words recounted by myself will be different than alasjajo's recounting. The bible is GOD's word given to man, each person put's in their interpretation but their stories are similar in the recounts of the events that occured, these are the important lessons we have been given by GOD. You can look and find fault because that is how we were created, that is to try to find reason for everything that we can not explain.

  • @MrSFCB "The bible is GOD's word given to man" No it's not. It's man's written word, given to other men.

  • @MrSFCB Then, doesn't that reduce the Bible from some immutable moral guide to nothing but a mirror that reflects what's already inside of each person? It seems to me that the logical conclusion of that would be that the Bible has little use as a reference or an arbiter.

  • @thecrazing Many believe that we evolved over millions of years, I do not. Micro-evolution occurs but not macro. We have yet to find an ape that is half evolved into man nor do our bodies lend a positive light to this Theory. A belief in something we can not see or even comprehend is not easy to do as I stated earlier about man needing to explain the unexplained. Can you tell me have you ever whitnessed something that was unexplainable and seemed to be a miracle? If not then it will be coming

  • @MrSFCB "I do not." Then you are ignorant. Go read a book on modern biology and cladistics. Get a fucking education if you don't understand something, but denying a 150 year old observed scientific fact is just retarded.

  • @MrSFCB The links between man and ape are found, but christians just say that there's another link. Than you find another one, and they say there's another link. Someone with a pre-conceived idea about god, will interpret everything they hear and see as something god did. Therefore, it's voluntary delusion. Christians can't prove their delusion to be true, so they attack science. Attacking one thing doesn't make another look better or more plausible. It makes you look desperate.

  • @PACKyourSHITfolks420 I honestly do not know why so many of you worry about trying "prove" it wrong haha. Anybody who has dedicated their life to something and or raised in such a fashion will always try and justify the time they spent in something they feel is "bigger" than them. Hell liberalism is rampant in the world brought on my jealousy and ignorance but it will always persist because it is natural.

  • @Warpath2198 It's not about proving anything wrong. It's about proving a claim to be correct before it can be taken seriously. And spout your liberal ideas on a video where it's relevant.

  • @MrSFCB *gap, not link*

  • @MrSFCB This strikes me as information that, being decades old, is now misinformation. Thinking that there needs to be a living half-man, half-ape is missing the point of the theory. Also, yes, people have a tendency to try to find fault with things that don't conform to their beliefs. But people also try to create patterns that may or may not objectively exist to reinforce those beliefs. Like, when you witness something inexplicable, and decide it's a miracle that supports God's existence.

  • Tell him to go pray if there is a god then he would be chaplain, but dont hold your breath

  • Just another professional Christian looking for work. Why bother with a resume and interviews?

  • People think anything religious, has a special right to be offended. He was dead on. Screw you and your dumb preachy question.

  • Respect, keep that shit out of the ufc lol

  • GET TO THE QUESTION BITCH

  • Who else went to ufcchaplin com?

  • Yea there wasn't a need to be an ass to the man but first, this pastor guy was wasting time with his question, and then when he actually got to the question it was a stupid ass question, Joe wasn't being an ass everything he said was justified, what about Muslims and atheists and whatever else, "yea the UFC needs a chaplain" oh yea? What the fuck for?

  • There was no need to be an ass to the man.

  • @soukupb hes not being an ass, hes being honest....how thin of a skin do you have if you think that is being an ass? because he doesnt take the dude's imaginary friend seriously? come on now

  • I didnt and I wouldnt ask anyone to take responsability for my actions, thats the lowest thing u can do

  • Maybe a dumb question but I feel bad for him being made fun of for his faith

  • Kill it Joe. There's nothing behind the curtain but stardust

  • Keep trolling your life gets lamer by the minute.

  • Dood. How do I get a job telling fairy tails to entertainers, making shit up, and telling people "everything's going to be ok" when I really have no idea? Sounds like a cake job.

  • Someone needs to start a petition to get the Diaz Bros on the Joe Rogan Experience!

  • thank you JOE....fuck you GOLDie

  • Damn right!

  • DIAZ DIAZ DIAZ

  • Nick you should go on Joe Rogan's Podcast dude. It would be awesome

  • Nick Diaz liked this shit. haha lol.

  • Joe Rogan is a douche sometimes.

  • sheep.

  • fuck religion, Science and Joe Rogan ftw

  • Religious people are not happy unless everyone believes the same thing.

  • @lilsm555 a chaplain isnt suppost to side with any particular religion. their job is to reach out in every religion, and to be the pastor of all....but yeah, its a dumb idea.lol

  • hmm i got the weed but where do i get a fuckin microscope

  • I like Rogan.

He's a colossal dick and revels in the fact that he can be, but I'll forever have his back for sticking up to that bullshitting woman who threatened to burn him with her cigarette.

  • @senatus link?

  • Joe's a dick but fuck the pastor and the religion bullshit

  • Joe knows

  • @FaKeYoUrGoD joe is lost soul, who chasing, atomic particles, weed and stupidity to find his way. christ is the answer bitch

  • @toejam498 At least he's not chasing some fairy tales like you. At least weed and atomic particles are ACTUAL things you idiot. Let me guess your one of those people that are anti-science right. Your life is a pathetic lie.

  • @FaKeYoUrGoD when your on your deathbed.dude think of these words-------- that toejam was right i must receive christ as my saviour.

  • @toejam498 Sorry, thinking people have no desire to suck jesus cock.

  • @Rockster969 lol that was an epic burn!

  • @toejam498 shove your religion up your ass and keep it their

  • @NizzBomb69 no religion here dude, just a lil walk with jesus through this life makes it all sweet

  • @NizzBomb69 i can't . his name has got to be out there. so people can find peace. rogan dont have peace dude. he's chases particles, mushrooms, weed and blitther- but wont find eternal peace and happines til he asks for the lord to come into his pathetic life

  • @FaKeYoUrGoD god has given me peace dude and you and rogan can experience eternal life with me

  • Overzealous? Lol. You see, this video points out the difference between being an atheist (a long tradition) and being an asshole, which is what manny of the pell-mell objectivists of this new generation of atheists seem to always miss. It's like they never heard of the 18th and 19th centuries, and they're still waiting for Enlightenment to save society.

  • fuck you pastor

  • In other words, keep it to yourself. We know your Jesus, we don't need your Jesus.

  • @Jeffersonwazright he loves you and died for you.

  • @toejam498 oh I know I know....he died for me...I know. Now you take care buddy. You just go back to sleep....yep...back to sleep for you....shhhhhh. Dont worry buddy, just go back to sleep. Dont let all this thinking bother you. Shhhhhhh. yep, you're right. 2000 year old legends and myths are true....you're right. Shhhhhhh. Go back to sleep now.

  • Get em Joe!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Joe Rogan is the sheep being lead if any!! UFC has been bought by Washington and there going to use it and people like joe to stay as far away from things that have actual meaning out of the public eye.. No to the pastor you don't need a chapel to believe in something that we have been taught not to believe !!

  • @jbraz8 I'm not sure where you are getting absolutely any of this information. Bought by Washington? I did not realize they took a stimulus during the financial crisis. "we have been taught not to believe"? Are you fing serious? Are you saying we are taught not to believe in religion/god? You have to be out of your fucking mind sir. Almost everyone believes in god. The only place you don't get god stuff is school and that is how it should be- kept out of school. You people are insane.

  • @jbraz8 Grow up and bring your brain along with you.

  • @jbraz8 You're insane.

  • Joes a fuckin dick like usual

  • @TangerineGroovin nothing like the imaginary god from the bible and his gay son, jeezus

  • @ripdavip jesus loves you and died for you- you too can have the peace which passes all understanding.

  • @toejam498 Jesus is imaginary and you are insane. you are an evolved primate.

    jesussucksdickandasssos

  • @toejam498 just stop it....stop acting like you know whats going to happen when you die, you dont....just because its written in an old book doesnt make it true

you are choosing to believe in fairy tales rather than the world around you...it just seems like a mentally unhealthy thing to do

  • @MoRgUe27 i just went to my cuz funeral who died at 48. he asked the lord into his heart right on that deathbed and i will see him in heaven. because he accepted the lord as saviour who gave his life for us on the cross. you can too and have the assurance of his love and salvation and eternal life in Christ's presence after you die. read the bible young man, and i encourage you to think on these things

  • @MoRgUe27 Joe rogan ,you and I have one thing in common, we are in need of the Lord Jesus in this life and the next. We can have that peace in Christ.

  • @MoRgUe27 I do accept the world around me. I'm 51 and have seen and done all lot on this planet, but the most important thing that i've experienced is Christs salvation in 1972

  • @MoRgUe27 Do you want to take that chance that I might know what happens after life and you don't? I encourage you to talk to someone who walks the walk of christ about this topic

  • @toejam498 ok dude, for one, im not joe rogan, so dont call me joe rogan....second, there is no possible way you could know what happens when you die

stop trying to tell people you know, you dont, you dont have any more information than anyone else (your bible doesnt count as credible information by the way), so when you say you know for sure, that just makes you crazy, which i guess you cant help

im not telling you what to believe, im telling you not to pretend you know the answers

  • @MoRgUe27 i like your style boss, everyone has beliefs and faith in something and thats mine- if you ever have nothing to do give the book a gander. no harm done. peace

  • Joes a bit douchey here

  • I'd smoke weed and look through a microscope if I were you. LMFAO

  • Stupid question. Seriously get your imaginary friend out of recreational life.

  • man, and i thought joe was a nice guy when i would see him on fear factor

  • Joe was cool to the chaplain. He just doesn't think he needs to help the UFC acquire a chaplain. That's his perogative.

If you think Joe was hateful and mean...then you need to toughen up. The world isn't here to cater to you, even when you want to become some form of religious leader to others.

He listened, he questioned some assumptions, and he pointed out that the UFC isn't likely to respond to an email because the UFC is not interested in operating with a chaplain.

    Boo hoo.

  • I'm not saying Joe Rogan wasn't a bit out of line with his choice of words. But on the street and in a Q n A are two different things. The main point is the motive of the words said. This pastor wanted a leg up, Joe Rogan just called him on it and if the guy had asked a legitimate question, I'm sure an apology would have been given. I have hated Joe Rogan as a commentator with UFC for many years but what I have seen otherwise he is a good guy. Stop saying it's over when it's not Joe.

  • My guy lol....all i'm saying is Joe Rogan insulted the man by calling him a bitch while he was asking Rogan for advice. If i was on the street and walked up to somebody i didn't even know and was asking them a question and they interrupted me and called me a bitch, how respectful would that be?...I'm kind of a fan of Joe, he has logical points on topics. But you shouldn't talk to people like that, its common sense.

  • @rawdog69er i agree 100%.

  • @rawdog69er to be fair, he calls his friends bitches too...its kind of a term of endearment, but i did get the vibe that he was trying to make the pastor guy look foolish

which to me doesnt seem that unreasonable...considering the fact that im not a christian, so when i see a christian trying to push their belief into other people's lives, its kind of like wanting people to respect the fact that you have an imaginary friend

im not saying im better than you, but it just seems silly to me
