@thrillsseeker: If the meter was bought used, or new "gray market," it may have an incompatible transmitter. The USA/Canadian version uses different frequencies than the European version. Check the module for an FCC or CE mark to see if it's the right one, if you haven't already done so.
Hi just a quick question where your light meter is made from? coz i bought one and its made in the Philippines im just wondering if all L358's are made in this country.
The Sekonic L-358 and 758 have three flash modes. One: waits for the flash to go off, then gives you a reading after sensing the flash has gone off. You trigger the flash manually with the Skyport. Two: Sekonic meter triggers flash by the sync output via a sync cord (attached to a Skyport). Three: Sekonic meter triggers flash with Pocketwizard.
Do I take notice of someone who has a white/grey/black screen/card that is coloured? he cant even get the white-light right in his video?

I have the radio module and have never been able to make it fire my strobes. Very disappointing. Sekonic has been of no help whatsoever.
