i am doing the same thing with my band Dead Moons Grey. but it seems i have been fighting the church more than secular folks. theyhave these preconcieved notions of what a "christian" is supposed to look like or to be like thatwe get battered. the look is too harsh or the music is too heavy, they dont like the CD cover.Ect..its like were too mean fo rht echurch but too nice for secular metal...i hope you guys are still going strong casue i know this fight is tough.

It is a heavy usually anger driven genre of music that people listen to in order to do anything from paint creepy shit or mosh. I mean being in the same genre as Knights in Satans service is going to be hard to pull with a religious message, P.O.D kinda masks it, flyleaf does as well. You see secular people don't like hearing about religion and you're trying to mix that dark music with a holy message. Good luck
