The square is about dealing with people fairly (hence the phrase being square with someone) the compass has a few meanings, one coming from its use to draw circles and is about circumscribing your actions to avoid harming others. @fkallh8rs I don't know about where you are, but in the UK we're pretty open, there are museums with artefacts dating back to the earliest days of freemasonry and libraries we're the general public can browse at will. They contain books with our rituals in so if there's something similar near you go and look. We don't tend to encourage people to read the rituals in case they spoil going through it for themselves or someone else.

From what i can tell it has something to do with OTO and other dark orders, but it's been told the degrees go as high as 99 and then out further laterally. This probably started in the early 1900s though and not part of ancient freemasonry. but you never know, i wouldn't be surprised if it did go back that far.

The square is about dealing with people fairly (hence the phrase being square with someone) the compass has a few meanings, one coming from its use to draw circles and is about circumscribing your actions to avoid harming others. As for the catastrophe bit, masons try to help anyone in distress where possible.

Sure people like to hide behind certain things but if you people have nothing sinister to hide then why not disclose information to the general public? That way we don't make assumptions about something we don't know anything about. Until you stop hiding behind your apron people are going to judge you people. @fkallh8rs I don't know about where you are, but in the UK we're pretty open, there are museums with artefacts dating back to the earliest days of freemasonry and libraries we're the general public can browse at will. They contain books with our rituals in so if there's something similar near you go and look. We don't tend to encourage people to read the rituals in case they spoil going through it for themselves or someone else.

@verbalswordsman Harry Truman was also Grand Mater of Missouri, he was a great Mason and yes he did save thousands of American lives by authorizing the Japanese bombings during WW2. Aliester Crowley was part of a group not recognized by any regular Grand lodge, aka he was a wannabe. Albert Pike was a great Mason. I'm personally not into the fact he was a confederate general, but that's cause I'm from the North. paperclip? never heard of it.

My point is this. While many Masons are prominent and go on to do great things. There are others who try but will never succeed. @verbalswordsman All I found on Operation Paperclip was something about recruiting German scientists after WW2, the source I used was wikipedia. Say that there was youtube videos about it, however due to the crazy things in yt videos about Masons I don't believe anything on yt, unless I know it to be true. Hiroshima an embarkation port and industrial center that was the site of a major military headquarters. The U.S. dropped leaflets warning of bombing to save civilians.

Just like Pearl Harbor....the president had info that Japan was going to strike and never informed the military in Pearl Harbor. The ships that were docked at the harbor were the old antiquated ships that probably had to be destroyed anyways. All the newer ships were somewhere else. Ever heard of false flag?
