That cop car was gaining ground,not on the bike though(LOL).American cop cars are tweaked to do around 150-170mph unless they were seized from a dealer. No chance against a Busa or any superbike at all. This guy was toying and never had a chance of being caught unless a radio clocked him and passed it on.
