Doug...home from a hard day of work at Bellow's Trucking, shouldn't have to put up with that. He needs his dinner...all he had for lunch was smelts and a Coke.
It took me about 3 views to realize that these two are Bobby's (you know, fuckin' good ham Bobby) parents. They even mention Bobby. I guess I'm slow, but it adds a nice layer to the sketch.
Anyone else think Mark as this character is like a weird Dennis Leary impression. I'm sure that's not how it's supposed to be or anything, but just the aggression level is similar, no?
@TrevynPlantard That's BS. If someone eats nothing but cheese burgers, ya they will lose weight if they eat salad if only just because it will flush their colon. Ruffage people, it's good stuff!
@TrevynPlantard Actually, the human body has evolved to eat meat and vegetables, if you want to lose weight you should eat small amounts of food, protein and carbohydrates, even fat, and you should do it 5 or 6 times a day to increase your metabolism, and maybe get some exercise in. Going vegan will cause you to lose fat AND muscle.
@josh2ee Oh BS! I've been vegan for two years, and have more muscle than I ever did before. But you do have to make sure you get enough protein. It is true that we evolved to eat meat, but we aren't finished evolving. We are continuing to evolve morally and physically to subsist on an animal-free diet.
@hollleee Well, if there's ever some kind of fall of civilization (and I'm not saying there will be one in our lifetimes, but it's bound to happen eventually), the people who are willing to eat animals will probably fare much better than those who are running around looking for alternate sources of protein, so natural selection will win again :)
@josh2ee I read this book "Eating Animals" researched by Jonathon Safran Foer, the guy who wrote "Everything Is Illuminated" and he briefly discussed how much harm we're creating for ourselves with the factory farming industry. Poor conditions and illogical methods are what caused mad cow and H1N1, and are bound statistically to create something much more cataclysmic, rendering multiple species f*cked. Meat will be our downfall! :)
Wait, why are we talking about eating animals on a KITH sketch?
@hollleee I don't remember how it started. But, anyway, I say the meat-eaters will be the survivors in the event of an apocalyptic event. I also seem to remember an outbreak of e. coli being spread in spinach. Some pandemics are spread by animals, but not usually by eating them (at least not if they're cooked properly).

why is buffalo a punchline?
mike0430 1 year ago
@mike0430 Because frenchmen don't come from Buffalo, they come from either France or Quebec.

For anyone who actually thinks so, you're not going to lose much weight eating chicken and salad. If you really want to lose weight, go Vegan.
