@deuce1310 Joel's head is lilghter than this one....basically it's allllllmost got the same guts inside it but he doesn't have all the metal that we do. Plus the ball he has is one solid ball so cutting out the mouth was easier......and blah blah blah.

Pretty much the same stuff. When i got to fart with his (cause he has a few) the ball is waaaaaay better. It's a solid ball but with the mechanics like what we made here. His ears come off too. Makes it easier for travel. Plus his is half the weight of mine.

How hard is the fabric to get right lol You're lucky you have someone to help you with your mau5head

It's no the hardest if you map it out before you spray the glue. If you make mistakes just use Carb/Choke cleaner. It pulls glue up like Nooooo Problem. You just have to wait for it to dry some before you spray (with 3M glue) again (usually about 5min.) =D

What kind of foam did you use to cover the head? and where would i get that?

Go to Jo Ann Fabrics or Michael's or any craft store. The foam is roughly just "any" 1/2 inch (or so) thick foam that will bend to the shape of the head. 3M glue nails it down after that.

3m glue over the light green padding. you have to stretch it as you put it on....and pat it dry.  you just have to map it out before you spray it, cuz it's a biioooootch to go back. but Carb choke cleaner works good to pull the glue off.

pretty sure it was a 12. if you go 13 or so....it won't matter. it just matters on how you mount the brackets inside so it will sit using your head not shoulders.
