So picture this- a sea of white hair as over 1700 people packed a sold out Van Wezel last night in Saraosta - all on their feet - clapping and belting out - I Love You Baby..and if it's quite all right.. and many more as Frankie Vali ( at 77!) had us all eating out of his hand. 90 minutes and he never stopped singing ! Fantastic.. and Oh What a night!
bet you can't sit still or keep your mouth shut either!
@Nfirstmom You're welcome and thanks for your comments. Yes, they were having and spreading fun. Life is too short, so go out and have fun with your life.
@PerryWarrenProps I agree completely. It seems like popular "musicians" today need 30 computers to get a good, unique sound. Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons achieved a good, unique sound. but without all the computers. This is TALENT! Also, most musicians in their time period and before wrote music about things that were "real" and important to them. Only today could someone make millions singing about their "Telephone".
I think this song would sound a whole lot better if the tempo were a bit faster! Great song though. There is a live version on youtube that I recommend!
everyone complaining!!!!! This isnt the "four seasons"....they are the guys from "jersey boys" from the Broadway show....Frankie Valli just made a cameo....So quit your crying
@TheBlank77. Thanks for your comment. Yes, I agree with you. This video is about the song and the great performance of the singers and frankie Vallie..
@TheBlank77. Thanks for your comment. Yes, I agree with you. This video is about the song and the great performance of the singers and frankie Vallie.
Thanks for vid. - I thought this was pretty cool, especially after watching it a few times. Often, young talent can be difficult to accept, but I have to hand it to these guys', they did a great job! Beyond that, it was also nice to see Frankie enter into the scene. I think that he held very strong, and the guys' were great, but there is a style in Frankie's voice that is hard to beat in the process. He is older now, but it goes to show, he certainly has not lost it, even at his current age!
@201guitar It is a great song but its hard to like it when someone else sings it cause the original band is always the best but I will give them credit they did good on it
@tushomevideos. Thanks for commenting. Well, everyone has choices. I particularly love the song and enjoy the video. i think that they did perform great and that's why I uploade the video.

Great song, good to see all those people having fun. I am a heavy metal fan,I have Mudvayne, in the CD player right now, but I appreciate musicianship. And no matter what anyone says these guys are musicians!
@PerryWarrenProps Agree and thanks for your input. People having fun dancing at the tune of a song like this one and forgetting about the negative things of the world is what life is about too.
@Rayhid1956 you're welcome! Do you know if this aired on PBS? I don't recall seeing it & they always put the good stuff on during their pledge drives!
@Rayhid1956 It is still awesome!! I think it is just as good as the original. The Jersey Boys bring the youngness (if there is such a word) back to the song. It sounds every bit as good as it did back in December of '75 when it first hit the charts. I loved it then and it still hasn't lost its luster. Thanks so much for the upload.
Saw them 36 years ago at Knott's Berry Farm in California before this song was even released. They haven't lost a thing since. Really enjoyed this clip.
Love Love Jersey Boys, this song and can't wait to visit New Jersey soon! Ironically it was my own group of Jersey Boys I've recently met that got me started in my career in the music industry.. Jersey Boys Rock!!! Muwah!!
lol. the phrase is 'out of the LOOP', not 'out of the lube'. that definitely has other, less desirable connotations :P
to answer your question, the four seasons shifted around as often as the actual four seasons. to my knowledge, only one of the original four has passed away. the rest are still kicking, with bob gaudio and frankie valli recently endorsing jersey boys.
@mblitz56 the only one not living is the original 4 Season Nick Massi who died in 2000 @ age 65. Frankie Valli is 76 yrs. old as of may 03, 2010. enjoy.
@kirkywood1 Thank you for your comment. Yes, it is a great song to listen to. It is the kind of song that sticks in one's brain and that one remembers through the years with fond.
