Jin'do is a pain on live Jin'do the pugbreaker!!!!! The spirits became a pain because they spawned faster than they were being killed...we also missed jumps so that was a pain too...and dont even get me started about patchday d/cs and people leaving in middle of fights...my reccomendation is to play it like a progression raid group and not pug it...get guildies/friends to run it with you
@Faledan I can tell you that on our kill, we missed about 7 jumps before realising how to do it, and then talking about it during the fight. The complete fight took about 12min =)
@Bruunpala I tried doing this via solo queue random dungeon finder 11 minutes queue time as dps.. it was hell... there was no communication really.. but i got some nice feral gear for my offspec so im happy
On godbreaker you only need to be inside the shell when he starts casting shadows of hakkar. Get out when he spawns a new one then go back he when he casts the spell again.
@mesoforte As far as we could see on the PTR at the time of recording, there was no negative effect from standing inside the shield. But as you can see at 08:10 the shaman takes a step outside the shield for a second and drops to about 40% (looking at Grid), so instead of risking people taking unnecesary damage, have them stay inside at all time.
@Bruunpala It changed over on live. There is a 90% cast speed reduction for when you are in the shell. If you exit the shell immediately after the new one is formed, you don't take any damage. You then can go back in when he starts casting. There should be no damage in the intermediate between the two bubbles.
Very helpful. Clear of the boss mechanics and what to do about them. I didn't have any trouble with your accent. Please do one of Zul'gurub if you have the time.
Thanks! I woke up like it was Christmas and wanted to first find a guide so I could at least tell others what to do so we wouldn't wipe as much. Luckily the people at wowhead put your video on the site. Very clear as to what the mechanics are and what to do about them. I didn't have any trouble understanding your accent btw.
Big thanks for this guide!! Looks really tough...like I said below, my Rogue's dps is going to be terrible between Venoxis and the first phase of Jindo. Looks like a lot of fun though, can't wait til the servers come back up later!!
@Bruunpala I hope I did not offend you when I said I can not understand your accent. i watched the video again, and found that what made it hard for me to understand was your voice fluctuation in the video, i had to turn the volume up and then down at some parts of the video. I hope you can look into that.
@nightman19842001 Not at all. I'm from Denmark so I'm not completely fluent in English, and therefore I had to record everything in several smaller parts, which gave the varied volume and tone of voice. I'm gonna try something else for other guides.
DUDE WTF! couldnt you find someone other than you to do the commentary. I cant understand your accent. besides, does it have to be the healer that we watch?. i wanna watch the bosses health, and how the DPS or the tank reacting to its attacks.
@nightman19842001 First of all, you can always watch another guide if this doesn't fullfil your needs. Second, I happened to play a healer this run, and in my opinion it gives the best overview of the fights. You can see the tanks health, aswell as the bosses and as for dps reacting to different mechanics, that is still all about movement. But thanks for the constructive criticism, might use another class for other videos. Any suggestions? =)
This was helpful!
Thanks!
