  • @VedicAryan Hindi is Urdu. If that is what you mean.

  • hello friend ...... do u know why bamana avatar treated bali like that ........ the fight between the devas and asuras was only a "nimitttya matra".... actually Bali was a grat king and a great devotee of Vishnu...... bt he had only onle misconcept in his mind that he is great "data" ..... he had "Ahankar" for being a great "data"... to destroy this "ahankar in him" vishnu planned this and made his way broad to realize the original truth ... "brahama".... "Adi shakti ".."onkar ..".. thats it ...

  • Rishi Brigu is Purely a shiva desciple. Look at the video. Brigus wife havnt put actual Tripunda/Bindu (Bindu is must for a married woman in those time including the saints). Brigu is wearing Tripunda and Gopi (Gopi is normaly worn by vishnu desciples.) Suh a stupid people tries to educate the rest. That is why we have so many god and godess

  • VISHNU BLESSED BALI LIFE HE WAS ACTUALLY GOOD

  • The people who make serials should take greater responsibility when they portray such things. There were 2 curse to Shree Vishnu because of whom he was separated from Sita twice this curse is for the second sepaaration while making description give complete information.

The other curse was given by Muni Narad due to which Ram Avatar had happened and Dwarpal of Vaikunth known as Jai and Vijay were liberated due to an act where they had stopped some rishis entering Vaikunth

  • @jhonmish Actually, in this serial, they showed Narada's curse on Vishnu during the Aranyakand part of the serial. The above clip was shown after Sita left Ayodhya (in this serial too, they distorted it instead of showing Rama exiling her) and Lakshman was upset and the showed Vashistha (rather than Sumantra) explain the above story to him, which was the context in which they showed it.

Actually, most of the Uttarkand episodes was very poorly done by both the Sagar serials

  • This goes to show how 'Hinduism' (<<< a foreign Islamic word to begin with) has so much influence from Islam itself. There is nothing Sanskrit about 'Hindu' and here we see the usage of words such as 'hawale' etc. Another Islamic word!

How can you preserve something by replacing it with unoriginality. They used the word 'sharan' why couldn't they use 'sharanagati' instead of Turkish word borrowed by Urdu 'hawale'?

  • what episode is this from?

  • @computerhelper303 The one where Lakshman after reporting to the rajmatas that he had left Sita went to the forest and was about to commit suicide, when Vashistha told him the above story. That part was a Sagar invention, which is why I didn't show it. However, the above clip was actually the basis on which Vishnu was cursed.

  • this vishnu is one of the avtars of ram. always smiling even thou got curse by bhrigu

  • @utsavcric You got it the other way around - RAMA was the avatar of Vishnu

  • First of all this is a wrong depiction of Vishnu that Vishnu is the "enemy of asuras". Devas and Asura were basically brothers born of the same father. Bramha, Vishnu and Shiva all saw and treated them equally. But because the devas usually stood for dharm and asuras stood for adharm, they usually favored the devas which would mean they stood against the asuras. Although there has been many exceptions. Bramha,Vishnu, and Shiva did not particularly hate the asura race. Cuz they created it!

  • @dannyp206

Some of Vishnu's acts, like in the Vamana avatar, clearly defied your theory above.

  • @Vrishasena It's not my own theory bro, it's stated in the Puranas. Yes in the Vaman avatar, although Vishnu came to the aid of the devas, he did NOT actually kill Bali. Cuz he knew Bali was very righteous man otherwise, just that he was a bit misguided. Besides Bali was a big devotee of Vishnu and Vishnu would not harm his own devotee, no matter what. This is why Vishnu also scheduled Bali to be the next Indra (after the present one, Purandar, terminates his reign).

  • @dannyp206 I know Vishnu didn't kill Bali, but the Devas were the wrong-doers here. Indra killed Bali's father/Prahlad's son Virochan for no fault of his own and burnt him so that Bali couldn't do his last rites, and that was what upset Bali, put him on his penance, and got him on the warpath. Vishnu himself was upset w/ Indra, and so refused to support him, and that's how the Devas were overrun. If it was just good vs evil, Vishnu should have supported Bali w/ no reservations

  • However, after Aditi pleaded w/ him, Vishnu took the Vamana form to reclaim everything back from Bali. This belies your claim that he was fair to both Devas & Asuras. Had the shoe been on the other foot and it had been Bali who had killed a father of Indra in the manner that Indra killed Virochan, then Vishnu would have taken an avatar and killed him, like he did Ravan, Hiranyaksha, et al.

  • I don't give Vishnu a pass just b'cos Bali gets a whole Manvanthara after all this. Testing Bali is one thing, but on grounds of fairness, Vishnu should have ignored Aditi's pleas and told her that Indra's karm was coming back to haunt him.

  • Vrishasena, The Devatas are the rulers of the universal affairs and the owners of heaven and Tri Loka. This post was given to them by the supreme Lord Vishnu himself, He could not have ignored Aditi's plea for the universe would be in disharmony, unbalance with asuras(rajo guna predominant) who are unqualified ruling instead of the devatas. Besides Bali's father must have suffered karmic reactions from past life otherwise he would not have been killed. most people suffer because of karma.

  • @Vrishasena I do not blame Lord Indra, he was just an instrument to encompass Virochan's karma, (the time of birth or dead comes by karma) we must remember that in this life every one suffers or is rewared because of karma, unless he is an jivan muktha. so i consider Lord Hari's actions correct besides that Bali maharaja also got the planet sutala to live on and became immortal until he takes the post of indra. afther which he is sure to go to vaikuntha. he got more blessings than even indra :)

  • So i do support the statment that Lord Vishnu is equal to Devas as wel as Asuras. but if one adharmic and is inimiccal towards devotees he is not favored by Vishnu. Jai shri Hari

  • @Vrishasena Bali was taking his rage out on mankind and he was trying to dominate all the three worlds and not just devlok. When Bali attacked Devlok, Vishnu was silent and didn't do anything then, cuz he knew that the Devas deserved it. Infact he even told Indra, that he has to pay for the injustice done t Bali. He only came in to stop Bali from becoming an arrogant tyrant (like Ravan, Hiranyakashipu & many other asuras) and commit heinous atrocities to humankind.

  • @dannyp206 .

Narada advised Vyasa that the coming generation cannot make out head or tail about Vedas and only way out is to make the things in story form with heroes as good human lived on earth. When Kaliyug stepped in the so called Sanathana men forgot the actual and only supreme god depicted in Vedas ie (Sadashiva) accepted proudly the unholy name "Hindus" given by the invaders and even the country name India instead of Maha Bharath. They started making Most of the Puran heroes as god.

  • @jayantarur05 Vedas says that God is formless.

  • @dannyp206 This episode or whatever this series is trying to convey is all wrong and the portrayal of Lord Narayan is horrendous....Lord Vishnu is extremely merciful to all living creatures and he is equal to all be it a demon a man or any other creature...He never judges anyone according to their birth....If such is a case than why did he save Prahlada from his tyrannical father? After all prahlada too was son of a Asura. And the asuras he does slay in his displeasure attain Moksha

    with him

  • AN AWFUL PORTRAYAL OF LORD VISHNU!!!!Lord vishnu is not a puppet of demigods he does what he thinks is right...And he is extremely merciful to everyone...The director of the series should get his ass kicked!!!!!!

  • how did one become Asura ? by birth ?

Also, weren't Asura originally the highest gods ? Why do they keep getting targeted in later ages ?

This smacks of racial hatred to me :X

  • What a nonsense story, so Vishnu didn't know where asuras were and he had to cut the woman's head. It's no different from Greek mythology

  • @sekulaadam this is not a story my friend, this is true happened time before Ramayan existed, true this Vishnu had to come to earth in man form as Shri Ram.

From there you know the epic, i guess..

  • @confidential303 so U, my friend, say they/gods including Vishnu supposedly the highest god and all knowing, all powereful etc. couldn't have just moved the old woman aside and got the asuras who were hiding in a barn/hut or something?

  • @sekulaadam I know what you mean, I would also think like this, but many things are out of the reach of our constrained mind, This is called Lila. But we cannot change the history about what we feel or think should be right, ain't it.

  • @confidential303 "our constrained mind" is simply common sense and if u want to suppress it it's ur choice.I don't buy absurd stories even if it is so called holy scriptures' story.Sb told u it's true and u believed it but u don't have any means to check the plausibility of the story,do u.The same goes for almost any believer of any religion.

  • @sekulaadam the truth is out there and written in holy scriptures and what you talking about common sense, you tell me what that then exactly is because i don't understand what you find so common in common sense, constrained mind means our thinking and reasoning has their limits as we can thourough our senses, we feel, see, hear but in all that moh and maya is on the lurk, so how can you tell me that your common sense is that common? You know it, this discussion you can not win so give it a rest

  • @confidential303 Of course U can rationalize the stupidity of the story by saying it's lila or our mind is constrained but the bottom line is it's just a story similar to the Bible fairy tales and u can't prove the events described happened.

  • @sekulaadam well to make a long discussion short, if i have to believe in the holy stories on one hand or on the other hand the reasoning of sekuladaam , I guess my choice will be easily made and also for lots of others.... *end of discussion me*

  • @confidential303 "Lots of others" will also say this story is absurd and stupid not because I say so but because it's blatantly apparent.Bye

  • So a Sage can curse the Gods?

  • @Bla31n

It's up to the gods to accept them or not. In this case, Vishnu accepted the curse as he wanted to use it to teach the duties of a ruler to future generations.

  • sooo thats why Rama and Sita can't be together, Krishna and Radha too I mean in every human life of Vishnuu he will be separated from his love?

  • @saiyuri88

Radha was already married to someone else - Krishna seranaded her, but that was it. Sita's equivalent in the Dwapar Yuga was Rukmini, not Radha - Rukmini was the avatar of Lakshmi-ji here, just as Sita was in Treta Yuga

  • Jai Vishnu

    Om

    Namah

    Naryana

  • The God Himself is above any curse, sadness or joy. He is the only one Who gives power to the Hrishi. So it is for Him the curses become true, but here He takes the curse for Himself!

    Jai Sri Raam.

  • jai vishnu om namah naryana

  • glories to sri sri hari vishnu, the protector of righteousness (dharma) and the all-merciful

  • I have read that Brigu wanted to find out who is the Greatest Lord in Shiva, Vishnu and Brahmha ?? First he went to Vishnu to check whether Vishnu can tolerate the power of Brughu and Laxmi for annoyed due to that. Vishnu wellcomed Bhrugu

  • Thanks for the explanation! I too had no idea about either stories! Many thanks!!

  • lol Inder the instigater always brings bad news also I thought it was the curse of Narad ji which was the cause of ........hope they can stick to the

real version and not mislead !

  • No, Narad-ji's curse was the separation of Rama and Sita during the last year of their exile. Bhrigu's curse otoh was their separation after they became king & queen, and this separation was never ended until the passing of Rama.

Different curses, same effect, different times

  • precisely, Narad muni's curse (for turning his head to that of a monkey) was the cause of the seperation of ram and sita, however, Bhrigu didnt exactly "curse" Vishnu. While Vishnu was sleeping, he impatiently kicked him on the chest where Lakshmi was resting, she was furious at he allowed Bhrigu to treat ehr so disrespectfully and went to earth in the form of padmavati (he then went to win her back in the from of purushottam)

  • thank u sooo much

  • Thank you!

  • Interesting story. I've never heard of or read this version before. Do you know which Puran it's from?

Also, if Vishnu killed Bhrigu's wife, why wouldn't he opt to curse Vishnu that he would have to suffer the death of his own wife during a mortal birth?

  • It's there in the Uttarkand, in Ramayan. After Lakshman leaves Sita near Valmiki's ashram, he's depressed, and Sumantra narrates to him this story (although in this Sagar version, Vaishishtha is shown as narrating this)

Some accounts have it that Vishnu returned to life his wife, but accepted his curse. The curse was that he'd be separated from his wife for good, as happened here when Sita took the vow ending her stay on earth.

  • My aunt had told me that she and my grandmother had read somewhere that Radha had committed suicide after Sri Krishna left Madurai. But I don't know whether that's true or not, and from what scripture they had read that story in.

  • @puranicfilms the curse what brighu gave is more of pain knowing the woman you love exist but you cannot get her and life in agony only of that thought ... and on the other hand he is a rishi who contain high knowlegde and dharma, he wouldn't cause that women the same faith as his own wife, because then he does exact the same as what lord vishnu did. This is all lila , difficult to understand..hope this clarifies a bit.
