In spanish version, the accent of Buzz is not from Galicia (this is in north of Spain) it is from Andalucia (in the south). In Spain they are the funniest people.

So, there is no mistakes in the translation. If you wanna see a real mistake in the spanish version of a film, that is: Close encounters of the third kind (in spanish "Encuentros en la tercera fase"), by Steven Spielberg. At the begining of the film someone, translates from mexican to spanish...and thats the same...LOL
