T-600 is just made as a front line handy man..can take about 100 bullets...can kill 10000 humans before it goes down. T-700s are infiltrators..and are hand to hand..yes the T-600 wins..but T-800 is the best model..takes wayy more bullts..doesnt rust...and it is WAYY harder too kill then The T-X or T-1000.
these toy companies are amazing when it comes to detail on their products..

The T-600 is the better of the two hands down... Why is that the T-700 has no weapon? That brings it crashing down in my mind...
