Original WoW is a stand alone game. You can buy it and play it by itself. The other two are simply expansions. The 1st expansion is Burning Crusade which added 2 additional races (Draenai and Blood Elves). The 2nd is Wrath of the Lich King which added a new continent.

Go buy WoW and get addicted.

This method works pretty well.

I have my bank character up to 75 tailoring with 50 enchanting just from this.

Also; whenever I run lowbie instances, or do lowbie quests the get me linen cloth, I send them to her for a little bit of profit.

Here are the numbers....

20x Linen Cloth goes for about 40s on the AH

20x Strange Dust goes for about 6g on the AH

1x Greater Magic Essence goes for about 2g 50s on the AH

Well tailoring goes with enchanting and yeah enchanting can come good witha rogue when your lvl 45+ cuz you can farm only the bosses in SM and disenchant their stuff but yeah Disenchant can bring some good money at the high lvl's but It's up to you what you want in the end oh and if your looking for gathering professions only fo with minning and skinning.

farming linen cloth and that must have ben a boring week. ur makeing way is good. but id stick with mining. u got ur good chances and ur bad chances. like today in duskwood i got lucky and found 3 silver veins. gives the rare silver ore. each containig 4 ores. 12 silver ores sold for 120g. got it in less than 20 mins. and u got the regular ores. atm i can do reg of copper. tin and iron. copper x20 = 5g, iron -12g tin =8g, id rather lvl my main and make fat cash at the same time xD

actually I only spent like 2-3 hours farming linen cloth from the whole week and yeah lvling your minning is good especially when you go to the outlands their you can make some serious cash but this is a guide on how to make money for low lvls I never said this is my actuall way I make my money I have other ways to make money with way better results

ya just hit 27 today. i am now at my 760g mark. funn i just started playing a little over a week ago and now im rolling in cash. mining to me seems the easiest and best way to make money at lower lvls .. i mean u run around lvl o there is a mine vein on my map ima go farm it constantly, and ya it does take some time. but in the end its worth it ALOT, not many people gonna make a lvl 5 and just stick with it and do 1 skill at a time. when u can go exp lvl farm and mine at the same time!

actually I test it out and on a like 4 month old server I was able to have over 1k gold in like 1 week basically from this and farming linen cloth and still have a lvl 30+ and actually a lot of people have a lvl 1 just sitting around in front of auction house so why not make it a lvl 5 and make more money with it

pffft this is slow way of makeing money. my way is much much more simpler and easy, mining. make a gnome or the other short ugly race start off in the snow lvl, get to like 10 more is better. get an axe and just go around the whole zone mine the copper veins. in 2 hours at lvl 12 i made 90g from just copper ore. not counting the rough stone and other from that. now im lvl 25 150 mining makeing a few 100g a day, able to buy the best gears for my lvl. just takes patience.

on my server when i was like lvl 30 odds i grinded medium leather for 15g a stack which took under 5mins per stacks and now i mainly grinded shadow motes for my tailoring but while getting them i get netherweave wich i turn into bags and sell for 7g 50 ea
