  • Looks like Tom Jones could belt out the "Lop-Bop-A-Loo-Bop-A-Wop-Bam-B­oom" on Tutti Frutti as well as Little Richard. Kathy Valentine was playing lead guitar (an instrument she played before she learned bass) and does well with either one. To me she is the most underrated member of the Go-Go's. Also, I don't know who is playing bass on this clip (KV's Go-Go's instrument), but this was while Charlotte Caffey (the band's regular lead guitarist/keyboardist) was pregnant.

  • The bass player was Dominique Davalos.  Dominique was in Kathy's band The Delphines at the time this was shot.

  • OK, I skipped the intro so I might have missed something. Odd. Belinda has a crew cut, KV is playing lead guitar, and the keyboard player doesn't look anything like Charlotte.
