  • I wanna take a tank tp, find some fabric scraps with routes and stripes

cut out circles in different sizes

sew them randomly on the chest, and maybe other places too

I'm so inspired, but no tanktop, no access to sewingmachine atm

and all the scraps are somewhere unknown..

  • I think I love them. :D

  • Is Rob your boyfriend Corinne?

  • @Nokichel They're married now. :3

  • Lol, Looks good boo, thanks! XD

  • wow, akissy, i´m sorry but i definitelly don´t know what your idea of sexyness and dirtyness is (?!?!) hahha, think youre crazy, girl

  • Ridiculous

  • Love this!! seems simple. I will def try this!

  • Love it!!!

  • I think i'd handstitch the circles from the inside (along the seemline of your shirt): seems a waste of your design to stitch the straight line over your circles. And you could make any design you'd like, not just circles: flowers, squares etc.

  • omg omg omg omg I GOT YALL BOOKS!!! I am making my clothes out of jeans and looking fly! :D I love you guys!!!

  • geez... I REALLY dislike these girls...

  • @akissy Why is that? They seem nice...Atleast to me o_o

  • @KaylinKitten i can't stand how they try to be funny, but come out as snobbish. I'm glad you like them. ^^ It's all about personal taste, but I really really REALLY dislike them.

  • @akissy

they seem nice but just dirty... a female is always delicate even if you are rough you still have a sexyness to you. like they seem dirty to me.

  • @indy528 Well...theydohaveadirtymouth.._.U

  • ooo...can i get a sewing machine...please please....i have been just hand sewing all my old clothes after seeing your videos and the finishing is so bad not to mention tiresome...please........:D

  • how do i wash that?

  • @heyheyameliaj you just throw it in your washer it wont fall apart of anything

  • the movement made a bit dizzy though. =(

  • I loved this technique but I took it one step further and actually cut another circle on the outside fabric side being careful not to cut through the bottom fabric but to reveal it. It looked like a round window and when I washed the t-shirt the edges frayed very nicely to give it a unique look. Awesome!!! Thanks for the idea.

  • This is giving me ideas for one of my poses for my senior portraits. I'm doing an Alice in Wonderland themed shot, and I may use this idea to add some more color to a jacket I want to use. Thanks =]

P.S. You two remind me of the Hatter and March Hare 8)

  • Booo Vista. Booo.

  • Agreed and I have it. Need to downgrade. -_-;

It's not that it's bad, it's glitch and still has some issues especially with networking. :O

  • widowsw puts gugs in there programs witch crash ther competetors programs that are all ready installed into your computar

  • i love the shirt!

i think i'm gonna go make me one.

  • I love how they are good for the enviorment. I'm a total tree hugger.

  • I like the tank, but I would add more to the middle of it for it can look more CHIC!

  • haha I love the Compai girls, they are so great!!!

  • i love the compai ladies! they are so funky! x

  • wtf...MOJAVE EXPERIMENT AD? gross

  • that looked really cool! I should try :)

  • hey cool video visit mine its hillarius (insane teen with de.smith)

  • i would love it if thread heads made a fiftys inspired dress!!!!!

  • I don't think you guys have nearly enough ads or product placement! Maybe you should send out spam messages to all your subscribers next!

I think it's ridiculous and disappointing that this show used to be about doing things for yourself and not being a mindless, wasteful consumer. I understand it's not free to produce a show like this, but really, couldn't you have kept a little bit of dignity?

  • Hey,

I just want to ask, for the Janome sewing machine contest, if I'm from Hong Kong, does it mean I'm not able to enter?

Just asking whether international shipping is included.

    THANKS

    -Clara

  • Ooh, backpack embellishments for back to school? Mine's an old Jansport (two large pockets and a smaller front pocket style), I've had it for, oh, 12 years, and it's still in good condition, but it's BORING black! It needs help.

  • They looked like they were having such fun!

Any simple way to make casual skirts?

  • oooooo i wanna know how to make a skirt too! Please please please?!?!

  • I think this was very inspiring, aaahh interfacing doesn't have to be bought! I think the thought here guys is to learn from what they did and reinterpret it yourself. I think it looked good but I would place it differently to complement my large bust.

  • I always thought Corinne looked kind of like Katharine McPhee.

  • cool

  • I really liked that. =D

  • uuuuuugly embellishment, i'd rather use the plain tank... maybe the circles were too big? maybe it was the ugly fabric or the ugly green color? idk, but i absolutely hated it

  • cute idea, not incandecently cute results... I liked the placement of the necklace better- maybe taking a tube top and sewing the necklace on like a halter? cute? not? hmm?

  • seriously, the embellishment is hideous.

  • wow i love those girls!!!

  • love those compai girls

  • hmmmmm, i dont think it was horrible, but i dont kno how i feel about the shirt thingy, i wanna try that as a necklace, or maybe even a shirt but just different placment, oh and 4sho different size circles and mor of them, i like the idea it has a lot of potential!

  • The Compai Girls are awesome! :D

  • Ahhh I love that idea! That's so cool! And they're so rad.

  • The previous video by the Compai girls was very good, this one is even better! I think the applique circles technique can be used on basically anything, not just boy beaters.

  • Not amused by the inclusion of deceptive marketing. I have tried Vista, and while the UI was pretty cool, I've seen cooler with Compiz Fusion on Linux, and gotten better compatibility with older Windows games with Linux than on Vista... and... I never thought I'd be praising Linux for anything, let alone Windows compatibility. And no, Macintosh is not an option. As evil as Microsoft is, Apple is even more insidious. Software and hardware companies should be the same. I'm sticking with XP SP3.

  • Hay these girls are sick.

I'd chill with them any day,

    Right on threadheads.

  • I have to say that I normally love the show because they usually showcase items someone would ACTUALLY wear... or use... or just plain not be embarrassed by. But this one.... wow... umm... I'll try to pretend i never saw it and keep watching your shows =D

  • OR, you could just bypass the whole Vista drama, and by a Mac. Simple solution. ;)

Nice video this week, btw. I'm a big fan of tanks.

  • I love the compai girls <3

  • not a big fan of the ads at the beginning now...

    :/

but as always and awesome episode this week

  • veira wang and donna karen

  • Cute!:D

  • OH yes! Thank god! I needed an idea because my tanktops are ugly and plain and I want to make them awesome and fun so yay problem solved!

  • love those gals!

  • I LOVE Fridays!!!

  • lol, she's like a hooker: You liiiike?

Those ladies can explain things really well, sometimes threadbanger's to quik with their explanations.

  • ooh, I like, I like. Thanks Compai girs for another aweseome tute!

  • I don't think I have ever seen Yellow hair.

Great little tip's, Though I keep wondering, How long till we get a Indy Mogul Threadheads crossover?

  • Soon!!!!

  • i love them! they're so quirky and flyy!

  • those girls are so cool!! i really need to get their books now!

  • omg have the compai girls on the show again! They're awesome. =P

  • Great video and Tips Thanks...

Oh and does the guy host sew? I was looking through and thinking how rad that would be for some male clothing tips with the guy showing how its not just for chicks to embellish or what not :) Just an idear THANKS FOR MAKING SUCH RAD VIDEOS !

  • There are a few videos like that! 8D Probably not as many as there should be, but they do have videos with male clothing tips and such. :]

  • back to school week aghhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    cant wait lol

  • wow, nice. :D

  • I love that idea. It would be cool too to make the embellishment into to different shapes. I loved their t-shirt book.

  • That's soo cool!!!! and you've got a great voice too!

  • COMPAI GIRLS ROCK HARD!

  • thts pretty cute but i would change the colors to match a bit better.. i miss rob and corrine and when they showed us how to make stuff

  • theyre so fun.

    yay

  • It's all about DIY. Don't like the tank top or don't like the stripes, then maybe you'll like three triangular shapes on one shoulder of a t-shirt. These applied circles of quilted fabric could also be used to cover a belt or a guitar strap or a handbag. Or on the wrists of gloves, or a shirt, or rimming a hoodie, or on your Christmas stocking.

It's a great idea, Compai, thanks!

  • Cute idea that you could apply to lots of different items. I really hate throwing away scraps when they have great patterns on them too!

  • i cool concept, but i'd match the colors/fabrics better. much love to compai girls.

  • I think it'd be cute with a heart-shape, or circles. Me personally, I would do smaller shapes.

I think (just my opinion) that the raw edges would look better covered with bias tape or ribbon.

I think it's the kind of adaptable idea if it's not quite your thing.

  • i know tons of v. fashionable girls that would wear that shirt. and yeah, those girls were pretty badass haha.

  • Kinda cool tanktop idea.. i dont think anyone who has a sense of fashion would wear that though.. maybe something similar to it..

  • My friend has one of their "99" books, and it's very cool! Lots of neat ideas in it.

  • sigh... i miss when rob and corrinne made the clothes instead of just showing other people's stuff.

  • badass girls

  • *respect

  • Sorry, that wasn't cute. I repect them, but no. No one would wear that.

  • Orangebabeofpower,

that's your opinion. I think that top is totally cute and I would definitely wear it. Oh, and if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all.

  • cool :)

  • no offense but that's ugly
