Hey can someone help me???

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't seem to fool my spectator.

I used PVA glue to stick the dollar bill to the rubber band and to make sure I put duct tape on. I'm pretty sure my techniques are right but my spectators are never fooled. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong???
