Just because it's never been linked doesn't mean it's never happened... Marijuana smoke, like all smoke, contains carcinogens. The likelihood seems lower, probably do to less smoke inhaled over a lifetime.

Actually marijuana has never been linked to a single case of lung cancer in all history, that figure of four smokes per J changes all the time.
