DUDE i am very curious about this game. I saw pt 1 abou a year ago and i was v impressed. i appreciate how much time goes in to a full game and it is pretty insane. AND I was extremely curious about what your job/occupation. Are you in the gaming industry or do you dosomething else. Also I know this may sound kinda creepy... LOL but wat age r u. Just curious. @IIIslay No, my programmer ran away - literally disappeared, I gave him the Crash and he told me to meet up a week later, 3 weeks have passed and he never showed....

@CollapseDev It's because they don't know what they are talking about. They want to help you because the think that creating a video game is cool but they all forgot that they must know programming skill and they don't take it seriously. So they end up forgeting after a week or two

@bobipineman Yes I do but Crash is a complex character and he does a lot of complex movements like jumping below, above boxes and sliding, spinning on the ground and on the air....I can program but I still have improving to do on the programming....this may prove to be something interesting....Im in too deep with this Crash Legacy if I quit now that may be a bad thing....
Whats the problem with the collusion and character controller or the breaking of boxes? Im pretty sure Unity can do Crash perfectly fine in those areas. If it is the scripting of unity itself, I think you can definitely scavenge some scripting examples. Crash was always a fun game and I hope the best for you to succeed.

hey i've got an idea release it on steam as an indie game and then sell it because if people like it you could turn to activison and set up a buisness deal and say you'd develop it with help (to make it even better) and they publish it and you split the funds
Don't rush it, take your time, we could wait years to finally play some good crash bandicoot fan game like yours. Don't listen to criticism, they don't know anything about game development anyway.

And also, could I be able to play this demo with a USB/PS3/Wired Xbox 360 controller instead of only keyboard? AND... at final release, will you actually make this for PS2, PS3, etc... consoles?
@Sly4TiTimeCE Their is no set release date anymore - I am simply going to keep that at TBA but be sure to watch for upgrades - number 7 is coming and you and everyone else will be amazed - Crash is FINALLY - recognizable!
ALSO YES- I want everyone to enjoy the full / demos with a controller - so I will map out specifics to set for your controllers! The way I see that I will require legal license to publish to consoles - that is up to the companies that own the legal rights to him

@Sly4TiTimeCE Full Games made by a team of hundreds of people would put - things like Mutliplayer. I am leaving the realm of game development some time eventually. So the best I will give is a Single Player - some levels - High Quality and that and maybe work with some people for Story etc. People tend to criticise me for saying oh I failed cause I am abandoning this project or something like that. I am contributing to something with what I can afford...I have to live my life too.
@CollapseDev Wait so you're going to leave developing games? IF that's the case then that's understandable. I would understand if you weren't able to finish this game for a good reason. But if you still are in the works, do as much as you can, but with quality. Doesn't matter how many levels you make. It could be only 5 and 1 boss by the time (If you leave) you leave the project. Here's something I'd want from this game. Quality over Quantity. Just keep doing what you're doing man. :)
@Sly4TiTimeCE Oh I am going for Quality that is one reason for the Delay hehe. The Other reason is Game Development is rather frustrating and finding a job here in Australia as a Freelance game developer has been near impossible....but who knows what the future holds ~

Take your time. If you need more passes to perfect your codes, we will be patiently waiting. And if you need more music, I suggest you use the unreleased tracks from "Crash 1" and "Crash 2" because they're great too. Good luck with all of these efforts and hopefully, you will be able to achieve what you want to!

u dont need to collect the TNT boxes and/or Nitro boxes,
cuz those there to kill ya not to collect them,
and about the fruit make it for somethin worth i mean a live point arent worth , arent they.
