Traverse City, Michigan.  It's being renovated into condos and samll businesses. It's been rumored to be haunted for years, but of course I'm sure it's just the local kids classifying your old abandoned asylum as such. It was built somewhere back in 1891

ive been in there, and for the most part its just spooky, however, there are a few buildings that DO have some kind of spirit activety, any one with any kind of senses can tell you that, no bull!!

it's creepy, I'll give you that.... but i think any type of building with a history like that will have some residual something within..

@poosaypirate I agree. The building is truly stunning. This video does not bring out the detail that one would see up close in person. I am glad to see that some people in the Traverse City area are using it for shops, businesses, and apartments!!
