So this song is composed originally in English by a Japanese composer? Sang by an awesome Chinese singer. Wow, what a lovely performance. Love this song. One of my favorite game soundtrack. The other one is Late Goodbye from Max Payne 2.
It's a shame on the part of SQEX leave this beautiful music outside the concert orchestrated. Faye Wong singing this song again after so long would be perfect.

Otherwise it is all perfect English. It's just that the way things are phrased is not the way we would normally phrase them in English, not "bad English."
