@ALIIVETO Dispolok is a "rent-a-locomotive" company with operations in Bulgaria, among others. Probably the lok operated there before it was rebased in Germany and still had its BG livery. Alternatively, dispolok celebrated its Bulgarian operations all over Europe, which I doubt. But who knows. :)
