You know,actually,it would'nt be that hard to make a good movie out of street fighter.Just make the character more realistic while giving them belivable outfits referencing the original ones(like say,chunli second outfit from sf4?).Get actors that at least basicly look the like the original cast (long hair claw for exemple),made a simple yet effective plot,throw reference as much as possible,and use the original game music,and it's done.

The main problem I have with this movie is that the actor doesn't resemble the character. The original Chun Li is full blooded chinese born, raised and live in China, Hong Kong. She a values the Chinese tradition hence the attire and marital arts. She's also a international police office, that's how she come to contact with other fighters from different countries. I was willing to overlook that american chinese revamping, since Hollywood screws up more or so. But.......
