yes premier has after effects, bridge, contribute, device central, dreamweaver, encore, fireworks, flask, illustrator, indesign, photoshop, soundbooth, stock photos,  i torrented this cuz im a true american so i got it all for free =] but thats pretty much everything thats in it

You can get Adobe premeire for 1200 I think and it gives you a bunch of stuff incuding Adobe After Effects If you buy it with a student discount its only around 300

adobe after effects. This program was originaly made for mac but nowadays you can use it on pc. For mar is better the final cut studio, but you can download after effects without problem
