Wow, that's obviously just a reflection off of the car window that they're obviliously filming from. Its the light from the camera or the flashlight they have, since you can tell the light source changes just as the 'ghost' appears and its moving in a strange diagonal downward direction. Silly people, getting scared by their own shadows, or in this case, reflections.XD
