  • yep jdymes is right ... the cajun injector is phenomenal!!! you can get the seasoning throughout the inside of the meat as well as the outside.

    u can't beat that. seasoning in every bit. mmmmmmm

  • Definately a better alternative to those of us that don't like to get up early in the morning to spend hours cooking a turkey in the oven.

  • Oh hell yeah, it's great. There are propane cookers available for this but some of the local rednecks slop it all over and have set their houses on fire. Canola oil is good but peanut oil works the best.
