I have been contributing, when I could, to our own street cornor man, but then I got laid off, and my ten dollar bills, dwindled down to 1 dollar bills. He is a Veteran, but our Gov't. is slow to grant S.S.I., and housing. He FINALLY was approved for free housing, but must come up with $600 security deposit, now HOW can he do that?
