Hi Lorraine. I recently mentioned the Baby Quasar on my channel and will be doing a review soon. I cannot even begin to tell you how much it has changed my skin. If a problem area starts to pop up within 12 hours it is flat and going away, my red capillary is dunzo and I had three wrinkles in my forehead I used to get botox for and they are gone. Amazing. I've had laser treatment for acne scarring but also rosacea and it did really help for me. I had 3 treatments and my skin looks much more even, less rudy and I wear less make up. Suppose it depends on what laser you get but I did find it quite painful.

@TheCurrentBoobies I had IPL laser treatment done. I have pretty much the same skin type as you have and I found laser treatment have the most long term effects. Microdermabrasion and chemical peels did help, especially the peels, but I felt like the effects faded. Btw, recently I started using products from the brand Medik8 and I'm always on the lookout for better skincare and I would really suggest looking into this! I'm always looking for better skincare and this is one of the best I tried.

I have been using the Ole H line for a while... some products are hit or miss, but the night gel (green jar) has made an incredible difference on my skin. I also like the sheer transformation (blue jar) I have the truth serum as well (orange pump) but I have not used it consistantly. Granted, I'm older and my skin is likely drier, but I hope they work for you. He also has a great after bath lavender oil which I highly recommend.

My sister had laser treatment on her face as she had really bad acne scars and that was about a month ago and her face has healed fine. so out of 10 i would say it worked about 8/10 lol so i would recommend it and i would really like to try a chemical peel :-)

Yes i did et lazer treatment on acne scars. I did not have alot, i have about 4 area i wanted to clear up, but nothing SOO major! I am very pleased with my results!! I wold reccomend to really moisturize you skin after!! My skin is almost perfect!! i just need to fix up my foundation!! :D

Hey Lorraine, I've never had laser treatment at a spa or anything but I just recently got the tanda (not sure if you've heard of it). The blue head is for acne and it's supposed to reduce acne scars amongst other things. I've only been using it for a week and I've seen results but I'm hoping things just continue to get better. The only downside to the tanda is it takes forever to do your whole face because it keeps shutting off when it gets too hot. msg me if you want to know more!

Dont get laser, its just temp results try DivineBeauty its a channel with a at home Acne scar Gadget--the before & after seem good. Laser treatments are just temporary results--dont waist your money! It looks great at first and then your skin goes back to normal--same thing with chemical peels.

lorraine I just had my acne scars filled in with micro droplets of silicone oil and i am sooooo pleased!! i had a profaraction laser treatment and I didnt really see any difference. look into the silicone treatment though!

I had laser treatments done for scarring post accutane treatment. It made a HUGE difference; I could tell the next day how much nicer and clearer my skin was. It was a bit painful but it really wasn't that bad considering the results. My face was red for a couple of days and then faded back to normal. If you want to do, go for it. It won't make anything worse.

Lazer is an amazing option for many things. I do it for hair removal and used it on 2 spots on my face that were acne scarred related. It really works and depending on how bad it is you may need a few treatments but it really evens out the skin and makes everything look flawless. You just need to make sure you find a reputable place.

I wouldn't get the laser. that is really only for really bad acne. like for acne that is basiclly uncureable. just keep using your scar cream. you have amazing skin in my opinion :)

If you go to L.A., why not go to Ole Hendriksen AND Kate Somerville. I went to Ole Hendriksen for a facial and loved it. I have sensitive skin. His products work well for me. Luv the 'love' ring.  I got terrific ointment for eczema from my derm. It was prescription, very inexpensive, and cleared it up w/in 1 to 2 days.
