um, i'm pretty sure you can but you should try to kill 1 of them with the lava trap and think the rest out when your playing. you should succeed. if you dunt :(

kill 1 with the lava trap then kife its legs 2 times.. run through its legs and knife 2 time again..keep repeating this till he goes down then knife the parasite on its back..do this 3 times and youll beat him with only knife.
