@123doomdoom I suppose it is!? It's definitely more challenging than most and has some very decent music for an Irem game. I definitely prefer it to more well known shmups like Gunhed.
@babejunky Only a Mind fucks would suggest picking up a supposed "Full version" over "the one given at the japanese game conventions", without even referring to the titles of either games. Also, Only a complete mind fuck would suggest these ridiculous prices, when I picked up my copy for $40 US (with shipping). this is Nexzr for the PC Engine CD! a decent shmup. nice gameplay, and great music too! wel played btw I never got around to beating the game fully on hardest. beat it on Normal though.

If your thinking of picking this up be sure to get the full version and not the one given out at the Japanese game conventions.
The full version includes the great intro sequence. Expect to pay between £50 and £75 for Nexzr.
Another shooter called Alzadick was also given away at a another convention but that doesn't have a reward - just high scores.
