  • the other morning virgin mobile turned off my phone. Because of this,my credit card saw this as fraud and was suspended. I then paid for my service with a top up card that I obtained from radio shack, for my phone service. I Don't Owe them any money, I want all my minutes and all the money in my account back. They took 24.99 which I just paid,and they turned off my phone, and I also had a cash balance of $ 9 . They are complete thieves.
