  • Freddie don't need no stinking guitar pick.

  • i just wanna scream 'freddieee!'

  • God this version is good

  • My signature tune. Love ya and miss you like crazy, Freddie!

  • I'm sorry, but the riff outro at the end of Hammer to Fall and Crazy Little Thing Called Love, are, by far, the best outros ever. utter brilliance.

  • 2:36 Freddie Mercury Guitar Solo!! kinda looks like it, don't ya think?

  • 4:56 Roger having a spit. lol.

  • God we'll give you Justin Bieber for Freddie Mercury back, okay?

  • @MrJaxreid great comment!!!

  • no it's freddie's body heat...the reason why you can see it because its cold in the UK..same as you can see your breath while its snowing...

  • the best is the bass line

  • Freddie didn't even have to try! He's THAT good! Rest In Peace Freddie Mercury.

  • 'This shitty guitar never plays the chords I want it to play'

Utterly brilliant. We will never see anything like this man again. A national treasure if there ever was one..

Rest in peace Freddy, we love you man.

  • As they got older they looked so much more relaxed and having a lot of fun performing. When they were younger they were much more serious and were more concerned about an image, either way they were fabulous.

  • Wow! My my My!!! Are they the best band ever??

  • 1.56 John Deacon Fly Swatting.......

  • the best part for me is freddie´s face at 3.58, it´s something like "how do yo do that?"

  • This is a bit slower than most live versions.

  • I really love someone soo special in my heart <3 Really enjoying listening to these songs ;) xoxooooxxx ;) Thinking of him lots and hoping he is happy and ok xxx

  • I really love someone soo special in my heart <3 Really enjoying listening to these songs ;) xoxooooxxx ;)

  • Freddie Mercury sounds amazing!

  • Oh my! His hair is on fire at 2:04! LOL! :D

But seriously, this is a remarkable showmanship!

  • best show ever

  • so far better than maroon 5 version

  • Freddie Mercury.Brian May..Roget Taylor.John Deacon..you lived up to your name..Queen. Freddie chose this name in part cause it was regal..powerful..something absolute..this is Queen.4 men each a musical genius..masters of their craft. I consider myself fortunate.to have seen them live 3 times..they were amazing.from the first cord..to the first note of Freddie's...clear. perfect voice..you were taken on a musical journey.Their music will live on..Freddie.was a gem may he RIP

  • @helga284 For someone with a perfect voice it's a wonder how he fucked up Who wants to live forever.

    Fuck you.

  • @Matthew9444 ...no need to be nasty love.. that language just shows a lack of class I love this band have for a very long time..If ya dont like the music..dont listen...he never messed up.. everytime I saw this band live..they were pure genius..

  • @helga284 They are a quality band but on WWTLF he couln't hit the high notes.

  • @Matthew9444 ..true he could not...the only thing I can say is it had to have been hard to hit em everytime..I guess It just didnt really bother me...I figure he always gave his best so it was ok...

  • @Matthew9444 So a musicians talent is measured by how well can he hit high notes? XD If you don't have anything intelligent to say just do yourself a favor and stfu. Besides at the Wembley concert how many times he "screwed up"? I know, just once. ;D

  • @pachendrix That wasn't the only time he screwed up.

Also by saying stfu and telling me to be intelligent is laughable.

And yes, part of singing talent is meaured in your vocal range.

  • @Matthew9444 You said it yourself, PART, not all. And thats not a "screw up", he didn't ruin the song, probably 70% of the people there didn't even noticed that. Of course we do because is recorded, but live 99% of the artists have their moments where they might not be able to hit X note at X moment. Now, if you tell me, it happened every single time he sang that song then I'll admit it, he wasn't that talented. But just once and was barely noticeable unless recorded? "Child please!"

  • @pachendrix When did I say he wasn't talented? He was a great singer.

it's just everyone was having a circlejerk over Freddie and I disagreed over the notion that he was perfect. It's not bad to be less than perfect.

  • @Matthew9444 In that case, you're right, he wasn't perfect. But theres no doubt in my mind after watching a lot of other frontmans that he, is the best of them all.

  • @pachendrix Freddie was one if not the most consistent rock singer ever at being able to deliver very powerful vocal performances for very long tours, only singers like Steve Perry comes close really. Freddie proved he could sing in just about any style (listen to the impromptu section for example). Regarding vocal range, that is a silly argument as anyone can force a note out, but to be able to have the control and tone is what fundamentally makes a great singer. Here's the evidence :)

  • @mercuryforeva Totally right, what is not right, is that you replied the wrong person. I ain't the one that made an argument about vocal range. ;D

  • @pachendrix I just replied to the feed in general :) Freddie will always reign :)

  • @Matthew9444 This was the twentieth-odd song he performed that night after so much jumping up and down the stage, singing, shouting, sweating, etc. how on earth can you expect perfect delivery for every song? he was a human being not a robot. more than once during that night he 'screwed up' (if that's what you wanna name it). but in studio recordings he always did his job perfectly.

  • @theresawayout What's your point?

  • @Matthew9444 if you don't get my point, there's no point repeating myself. you still won't get it. so... nothing! have a good day.

  • Freddie just being himself, so confident, so energetic, you just have to love him. Unknown at the time that this might have been their last good night to a live audience. It's no less tragic for anyone to be faced with death, but it's so hard to believe someone with such a zest for life, so healthy looking and vibrant be cut down in the prime of his life. So sad.

  • Ah..the red special was awesome!

  • No Disrespect to Freddie Rest his Soul but I think the Best Singer of Queen is Brian May's Guitar :)

He makes that thing come to life Brian You Are My Hero. Rest in Peace Freddie x

  • it's so awsome that Brian May using 3 guitars i this live xD

  • i am officially lovin brian may!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • We were there, it was a magic evening. I was lucky enough to see Queen 8 times. My friends were like Why? Now who's smiling?

  • @kutzbill

You lucky bastard!! No, hahah, I'm just quite jealous that you were there while I was born 8 years after Freddie's death

  • @Ninimini999 8 times in 3 countries. England, Canada, and the USA. The USA seemed to be the smallest shows, and I never figured out why. Where I grew up, we were all Queen fans, and had a large following with us. I hear some people say they weren't that big in the USA, but not where I was from. I actually went to England just to see them at Wembley. My girlfriend had gotten tickets, and we went. Afterward at a pub I won the contest for coming the farthest distance to see Queen.

  • @Ninimini999 P.S. Just to rub salt in the wound, 1st row in front of John.

  • 1:49, Freddie vent's smoke.

  • What a night that must have been!

  • I really like the steam rising from Freddie's head

  • LOL at 3:58

  • @PaulIsDeadMissHim WTF the video stop at this time :o... But that was cool !

  • Freddy was Epic! I was fortunate in my life time seeing Queen every time they played Chicago.... I saw Queen at the Aragon Ballroom in 1975 for the first time from then on I was hooked! I'm still a huge fan! I still love Freddy Mercury even though it's been 20 years since his tragic passing, I always think if he could have held on just 2 more years we would still have Freddy Mercury.

  • @mjnychay1 why do you say that? (that if he held on just 2 more years we would still have freddie?) you're so lucky you got to see him

  • epic bassline!!

  • Go John!!!!

  • 3:51 love Freddie when he looks at Brian may playing closley then brian may kinda shows him something cool :)

  • If this was the first video I had ever seen of Queen, I would raise this question to the rest:

Why does Freddie not play the guitar in any of the others?

A great musician! They alle are.

  • @Evertale1 Freddie gave the answer to that question himseflf in a interveiw once and I quote

"I've made no effort to become a guitar hero because I can't play the fucking guitar!" he aslo said before this song " About 10 years ago I knew three chords on the guitar. Now I still only know three chords on the guitar"

  • @falmark187

Well... he makes up for it in singing and composing!

  • buenisima rola!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I heard it as Great Freddie the first time...then realized it was Ready freddie...hahah....lol....Great Freddie won't be wrong one bit
