ok so while in the nighborhood hit "ctrl+shift+c" on your keyboard and a little box will come down from the top. type in boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true and then click on the lot you want to enter. shift+click and person in your lot. there will be a ton of options to choose from. choose "spawn" and then "pauls reaction tester". a box will appear. make the sim you want to cry acitve and click on the box. click consolable cry and then another sim will be able to console them as seen in the vid.
