I LOVE this game, this helped alot---i was having trouble because first of all, mostly I look on the map for the red target dot, but there was not one on this mission, and I don't know my way around and that made it mostly impossible.

The orderly outside the medical ward where you hop out back towards the clinic entrance doesn't care if you jump off the ledge he's guarding. It shaves off a couple seconds, but it doesn't really matter at that point.

wha i dont understand is that you kill the guy in the weight room by dropping the weights on him. you dont have gloves on and it's obvious you did it with ur hands. that means finger prints so the law could catch you easily.
