I went to this show. I was in the cheap seats but still only 200 ft. from stage. Couldn't see the fake blood from that distance, tho. They actually hit each other at the same time w/axes, I think Kurt actually tagged Pat. Meat Puppets and Boredoms opened up. They played songs that ended up on Unplugged disc later. Great show.

I was at this show. The beginning with Kurt killing Slash was incredible! It was such an amazing show. I, too, remember coming out after the show to a huge slippery wet snowstorm. It took us an hour to get home and we spun out several times. I bought a bootleg concert shirt in the parking lot that I wish I still had. I recently went back to the JAR to do a medical standby for a basketball game, and I had crazy flashbacks of the concert the whole time.

Halloween 1993 Akron U. James A. Rhodes arena. Kurt dressed up like Barney and killed Pat (with his guitar) who was dressed up like Slash. Fake blood everywhere. Krist dressed up in whiteface reversed to mock Ted Danson who had done the roast of Whoopi Goldberg that nobody found humerous at all. It was cold wet sloppy snow and I couldn't sell my 2 extra tickets for $5 each. They only cost $15 each so I still have 2 unused tickets for that show his last Halloween I want to be buried with them.
