Diipole I understand what you are trying to get at however your statement is not accurate. There is no such thing as free Energy. THere is always a cost, this is one of the fundamentals of energy. Atomic energy does occillate at very high speeds but that oscillation is not wasted it serves its purpose. To absorb that energy which is what you are proposing would slow down the electron, this would cause molecular instablity, I can leave the rest to your imagination I hope.

What you are talking about is not free energy. Now there exist ways to financially reduce monetary payment cost for energy but it is still not free. Free energy cannot exist. When you steal energy from any system you bring it closer to a still state, a state of less energy. In theory it can maybe reach a state of zero energy, however that currently cannot be proven. There are tons of ways to reduce financially cost but what you are implying with motors, etc is not free energy Diipole.

The IAEA has said there's no evidence Iran is making a nuke, Iran has IAEA inspectors safe guarding their program, and have confirmed the non diversion to a weapons program, Iran is a signatory to the NPT, they would have to withdraw from that and kick out the inspectors if they wanted a weapon, and they haven't done this.
