sure but what r u confused about? u make a BG on one of those themes & if u dont like those themes u can choose a different one and ask me about it, then u make the BG, and send it to me with a link! get it? if not feel free to ask!
a lot of people make a BG on "Paint" which is usually already on their computer then they either go to Blingee or Photobucket and edit it and do whatever else they want to it.
