@unomas58 the beauty of them is just how simple they are to do. The taste is OMG amazing, it'll make the perfect addition to chicken soup, meats, roasts and others. You can eat the rind and all when they are done, gotta remember to rinse them though or the flavor is dominant. I dunno though, I think I could eat one right out of the jar.
