Artists typically reinvent a song b/c they love it. I doubt it has to do with trying to improve it. And it's nice that a U.S. artist is helping to expose Roxy Music to more listeners. Roxy is king in the UK but too many people don't know them in the US which is a shame! Cicada also did a cool remix of this same song.

I disagree. I think it shows respect to an artist to want to do one of their song. Especially in an original and cool way like this. I'm happy they included the shimmering echo of Manzanera there in the mix.
