  • Here here these vids are invaluable - I can't find anything that has explained this so well.

  • please make more tutorials, There isn't a single dance school that teaches charleston in my town, I love your videos, you are such an inspiration

  • Looks like you need a bigger room :) Haha, I keep running into things when I'm practicing too.

  • thank you so much!

i'm going to 1920's part for new years, and this will be fun to show off in the middle of the dance floor!!

  • you ape keep this for yourself

  • 3:38 "Cool" - Yes it was.

  • Thanks for the lesson, I have to learn this for my sixth period, Thanks alot!

  • thanks a lot on the instruction!

  • its funny you do this, because in a lot of ska dancing the hardest part a lot of people of tryed to teach the ska to is to get the arms moving naturally, they want it to flow with the feet perfectly which is wrong and will throw you off... and i say it in just the fact of the matter as i believe ska dancing/swing dancing/and of course the charleston have a lot to do with one another

  • I've definitely noticed this. I joined a Swing club and half the time I'm like "wait! This is just skanking!" and it makes me happy.

  • I know... I'm so glad to see ska making a slight comeback, specially since I'm in a ska band :)

  • That's awesome! I would be except I only play flute and have a terrible voice. Haha. What's the name of your band, I'll look it up.

  • The Mulligans, we have a myspace with like 2k+friends we are in ohio
