When the video starts at :16 to :46 the police ignore her. It seems that they don't even know she is there. At :46 is when the cop asks her if he can help her. She just responed back by saying she was recording on her property.
For a good 30 sec. you can see that the cops don't even know she's there.
She didn't say anything in the beginning. She just came out of her house and started video recording the traffic stop. The cop asked her if he could help her with something. She said no that she was just standing on her property recording them. Then the cop told her to go back in her house because he felt threatened by her presents. The reason why she was arrested was because she challenged his authority and that pissed him off.

That woman did nothing wrong. She was on her own property. She was unarmed. She did not impede the job of the police (Peace Overseer) officer/justice. She even complied with the Police officer when she was asked to back up a foot. There was NO bullets flying. The intended suspect was already in police custody.
You are wrong. That woman did not deserve that. She only had a Camera.
She stated her Rights, and the Police Officer got emotionally upset and over stepped his authority.

@altops sorry, but you are wrong. Police do not have the authority to order you into your house from your private property. This is a clear violation of her civil liberty, and if she is smart she will follow through with a law suit. If this video was in a public space they would have the authority to move you, for your or their personal safety. Most police officers are good and adhere to their oath to serve and protect. However, this officer over stepped his authority. Dont be fooled.

Police Officers are NOT Peace Overseers. Police Officers work for the Federal and/or State Corporation. Their job is to up hold Corporate Code/Statute Law. Police Officers or Policy Overseers enforce corporate will and help generate revenue.
Peace Overseers up hold Common Law and the US Constitution.
Everything has been Co-Opt'd and lines have been blurred.
Also learn Legalese and old latin it helps to understand the law.

@ENDtheFED2012 If the Police are performing a traffic stop they can and should restrict citizens proximity to the area of operation of an investigation. doesnt matter what the history was between the cop and the chick, the cop acted well within his legal authority shitty yes but legal still.

What she did was totaly legal.
You should look the case up. It's not hard to do.

If you watch the video, for about 30 sec. the cops do not even realize she is there. In that amount of time she could have killed all 3 officers, but she didn't. (that shows no ill intent towards the cops).
She was 'about' 15 feet away from the event. Then backed up when she was asked to. The arresting officer had confronted her face to face and did not draw his weapon. (That would make one asume he didn't feel his life was threatened by her).

Even the intended suspect was released at the scene of the stop.
The reason why she was arrested was because she challenged his authority and that pissed him off.
Now because of that retarded cop not knowing his roll or the law, he is going to cost the tax payers of NY a ton of money when the county has to settle a law suit. OH YES...she suing.
The problem is more then half these cops have what we like to call in my n'hood,...little cock and balls syndrome.

@ENDtheFED2012 you are 100% correct, but the cops do know some about their jobs too, and this cop gave tones of opportunity for the chick to just walk away while the cops tends to one issue at a time. Her refusal to comply to courteous request to make herself scarce warranted her arrest.
